Limited edition 35 years of Touratech – a unique, hand-made carbon adventure helmet with an integrated sun visor.

The new generation of our multifunctional helmet is here! Thanks to our extensive experience with the first and second generations of Aventuro Carbon, we have been able to develop the new high-tech Aventuro PRO Carbon adventure helmet for demanding travel enthusiasts.

The helmet, which is double certified according to the current ECE 22.06 and DOT standards, offers optimal protection and comfort, combined with many innovative features.

The extremely strong helmet shell made of X-PRO Carbon offers uniform strength thanks to the precise distribution of fibres. In addition, thanks to the X-PRO carbon material, the helmet shell is approx. 10% lighter than conventional constructions and, with 3 different helmet shell sizes, offers optimum adaptation to every head size.

The completely redesigned chin section is not only a design feature, but also ensures optimal and adjustable ventilation. It is now possible to ventilate the visor or air intake for the rider separately. Both air intakes are easy to use even when wearing gloves. Absolute comfort and a guarantee for stress-free riding in every situation.

Helmet shell:
The brand new X-PRO Carbon technology has achieved an optimal ratio of high strength and low weight.

Weight: from approx. 1650 g (+/-50 g)

The aerodynamically optimised shape of the helmet has been developed to minimise turbulence.

Visor:
The large panoramic field of vision offers the best view in all directions and thus actively increases safety. The Aventuro PRO Carbon is therefore ideal for people who wear glasses.

Ventilation:
Perfect ventilation thanks to 8 adjustable air inlets and 4 air outlets. The effect is enhanced by optimised air channels in the EPS foam.

Inner padding:
Inner lining made of Coolmax™, replaceable and washable material. 3-dimensional moulded cheek pads made of Coolmax™ with F.R.S. Emergency strap system.

Reflective surfaces on the underside of the pads increase visibility in adverse weather conditions and at night.

Ergo padding system:
The integrated "Ergo Padding System" allows the helmet to be optimally adjusted to the individual shape of the wearer's head using several foam pads.

Helmet visor:
The specially shaped, removable helmet visor always offers the best protection against dirt or sun without compromising the aerodynamics of the helmet. With the proven multi-adjustable extension, the correct size can be adjusted at any time.

Visor:
The three-dimensional visor with a scratch-resistant coating has a recess for mounting the Pinlock™ inner visor, which is included in the package. This combination effectively prevents fogging and ensures a clear view in all weather conditions.

Fastening:
Safety is ensured by a double D-ring. An extra-long chin strap ensures greater comfort, as the fastening does not need to be opened every time you take it off, but can simply be pulled over the tip of your nose.

Helmet conversion:
The Aventuro PRO Carbon can be converted from one version to another in no time at all without the need for tools. Whether with or without a helmet visor, with or without enduro goggles.

Intercom preparation:
There is enough space inside the Aventuro Carbon2 for the convenient installation of all commercially available communication systems.

Transport bag:
Protective and transport bags for accessories and visors make storage on the road a breeze and ensure a permanently scratch-free view.

Certification:
The Aventuro PRO Carbon is double certified according to ECE 22.06 and DOT.
