These gloves are consistent with major American brands such as FirstGear, Tour Master, etc. For your information, you may have experience with European brands such as Alpinestars and REV'IT! which are approximately half the size of American brands. This is not universally true, but it generally applies to most styles. So if a particular size from one of these brands is roomy for you, you may be able to go down one full size in this style.
Klim's Vanguard GTX Long gloves are good-looking and comfortable gloves for riding in colder weather and wet conditions. These gloves have an "under cuff" design aimed at street and touring riders. Gore Grip technology is a specific type of GoreTex liner designed primarily for gloves. The waterproof membrane is thin and attached to the inside of the glove shell, making it barely visible and creating a glove that provides a good grip. Another nice addition for riding in the rain is the built-in visor wiper on the left index finger. Thanks to the GoreTex liner, these gloves are waterproof and have a light layer of insulation for use in colder temperatures. The insulation is on the back of the hand, and the palm is not insulated. Many motorcyclists like the idea of a thinner palm so that the glove works better with the controls. And it works especially well if you have heated grips. The cuff design of this glove fits snugly around the wrist, so you can wear these gloves under your jacket sleeve. Some gloves with long cuffs have a larger glove designed to extend over the sleeve, which is suitable for more sporty jackets, but these gloves are primarily intended for street and touring riders. Impact protection with this glove is better than most others. It has a prominent knuckle protector and memory foam on the heel of the hand. There is a sturdy Velcro strap on the wrist to ensure that the gloves stay on your wrist in the event of a fall.
